Overall Job Objective
Contribute to the implementation of activities related to the work of the management, including policy development and strategy formulation related to organizational excellence. Support the enhancement of government work systems and the application of quality and government excellence standards and programs, particularly in the development of organizational services in alignment with government excellence program standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing the requirements of the Sheikh Khalifa Government Excellence Program by planning and executing self-assessment programs at the entity level.
  • Assist in implementing quality systems, process reengineering, and requirements for organizational performance development and government excellence, and promote a culture of excellence and exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in implementing organizational performance evaluation standards (KPIs).
  • Support the implementation and management of the internal organizational excellence award and promote the culture of excellence across all functional levels using various available methods.
  • Assist in conducting benchmarking studies with outstanding government entities and those in the same field to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in preparing and reviewing award submission documents and generating the necessary reports.
  • Follow up and prepare reports related to the development of excellence mechanisms in government work.
  • Follow up on the application of government excellence methodologies and the development and measurement of all key performance indicators for processes.
  • Follow up, prepare, and review the reward systems within the Agency and apply methodologies to honor relevant groups.
  • Follow up, review, and assess the efficiency of various processes and procedures within the entity to ensure consistency and propose improvements to enhance their effectiveness and simplify them.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Master’s in Business Administration with at least 2 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration with at least 4 years of experience
  • Diploma in Business Administration with at least 6 years of experience
